ADDING ON
Thanks to some very generous donations to the GRM a new addition was started the summer of 2013.
The Grand River runs through the Schmidt ranch where the dinosaur bones are
found and excavated.A Triceratops skull was found in the early 90's and is now
on display in the Grand River Museum on Highway 12 in Lemmon, South Dakota.
Grath is the name of the Triceratops skull that was found on the Schmidt ranch.
One of the more common dinosaur's found in this dig is the Edmontosaurus.
Russ McGlenn gives a talk to Adventure Safaris campers that come to the
Schmidt ranch a week at a time to help excavate bones found in the site.
